The hotel is very big for the money we paid. The service was very friendly and helpful; however, there was no English spoken by the manager. The location is great, central, and quite at the same time, with excellent proximity to the beach and the famous Phi Phi viewpoint. Close to Phi Phi Local Tour booth run by Apple. The dining experience did not have any hot dishes. Facilities were alright.

I loved the hotel's central location, making it easy to access the beach, village, and even the famous Phi Phi viewpoint. The service was excellent, with attentive and friendly staff adding two more nights to our trip with ease. However, the language barrier was noticeable. The location was fantastic, allowing for both convenience and tranquility, although the smell near the sewage drain was a drawback.
